SHIPPING POLICY
Our order processing time is 1-3 business days for all in-stock merchandise. Please note that all timelines exclude Saturdays, Sundays and certain holidays. During this processing time, your online order is transmitted to our warehouse for fulfillment, safely packed, and processed for shipment as quickly as possible. Our orders are processed through the warehouse quickly, so if changes need to be made to your order after purchase please contact Customer Service as soon as possible.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
There will be a 15% restocking fee for returned items. Returns must be within 30 days of date of invoice. Items returned in used, damaged or compromised condition will not be refunded. Returns of any medical items will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. No shipping costs will be refunded on returns or refused packages.
